ShareControl har udviklet et <a href=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/da\/produkter\/ifrs-16-system\/\">IFRS 16-system<\/a>, integreret i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft365.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft 365<\/a>, som er tilg\u00e6ngeligt i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alsosoftware.no\/sharecontrol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ALSO Cloud Marketplace<\/a> og <a href=\"https:\/\/appsource.microsoft.com\/en-us\/product\/office\/WA200002053?tab=Overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft App Source<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>IFRS 16<\/em> erstattede den tidligere g\u00e6ldende IAS 17 og skal anvendes for regnskabs\u00e5r, der begynder den 1 januar 2019. ShareControl har lanceret en ny service til h\u00e5ndtering af leasingaftaler i henhold til den nye regnskabsstandard IFRS 16.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Vi har udviklet l\u00f8sningen i SharePoint, og den fungerer som et tilf\u00f8jelsesprogram til Microsoft 365.<\/p>\n<cite><strong><em><strong><em>Ragnar Bryne, Operations Manager hos Share Control AS<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Da l\u00f8sningen er lavet i Microsoft 365, kan kunden logge ind via sin Office-konto, og det er en standardiseret software, der er nem at <a href=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/da\/ifrs-16-da\/implementering-af-ifrs-16-foer-boersnotering\/\">implementere<\/a> og komme i gang med.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image uagb-block-0030f2d8 wp-block-uagb-image--layout-default wp-block-uagb-image--effect-static wp-block-uagb-image--align-none\"><figure class=\"wp-block-uagb-image__figure\"><img decoding=\"async\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Report_IFRS_16-1024x548.jpg ,https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Report_IFRS_16.jpg 780w, https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Report_IFRS_16.jpg 360w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 150px\" src=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Report_IFRS_16-1024x548.jpg\" alt=\"IFRS 16 h&#xE5;ndtering\" class=\"uag-image-9836\" width=\"1024\" height=\"548\" title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" role=\"img\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"alle-har-brug-for-en-loesning\">Alle har brug for en l\u00f8sning<\/h2>\n<p>Den nye standard er indf\u00f8rt, og mange b\u00f8rsnoterede virksomheder leder efter en l\u00f8sning. Derfor er ShareControl nu i den heldige situation, at kunderne kommer til dem.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der er mange mennesker, der leder efter en IFRS 16-l\u00f8sning, og som kontakter os. S\u00e5 vidt jeg ved, er vi de eneste, der leverer s\u00e5dan en l\u00f8sning i Microsoft 365, siger Bryne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De store konsulentvirksomheder, s\u00e5som <a href=\"https:\/\/kpmg.com\/no\/nb\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KPMG<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/no\/no.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Deloitte<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.no\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PwC<\/a> og <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ey.com\/no_no\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EY<\/a> fungerer ogs\u00e5 som ambassad\u00f8rer for os, fordi de \u00f8nsker, at deres kunder skal have en l\u00f8sning, de har god erfaring med. Det er tungt materiale, som kr\u00e6ver ekspertise og godt setup, forts\u00e6tter Bryne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hvad-er-alternativet-til-at-vaelge-deres-loesning\">Hvad er alternativet til at v\u00e6lge deres l\u00f8sning?<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der er nogle der bruger <a href=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/da\/ifrs-16-da\/sharecontrol-ifrs-16-vs-excel-her-er-fordelene\/\">Excel<\/a>, og laver deres egne layout og beregninger der. Det er fint at starte i Excel og finde en startbalance. Men n\u00e5r man g\u00e5r i produktion og begynder at rapportere, har man brug for en l\u00f8sning, der sikrer standarden p\u00e5 en god m\u00e5de, siger Bryne og tilf\u00f8jer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flere af de store konsulentvirksomheder siger, at hvis man har mere end \u00e9n kontrakt, skal man have en l\u00f8sning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Hvorfor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fordi det vil v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt manuelt at vedligeholde det, du har brug for i henhold til lovkrav; \u00e6ndringer, indeksreguleringer og opsigelser af lejem\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Med <a href=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/da\/produkter\/sharecontrol-contract-system-for-avtalehaandtering-kontraktstyring\/\">ShareControl Contract<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/da\/produkter\/ifrs-16-system\/\">IFRS 16<\/a> f\u00e5r virksomhederne en gennempr\u00f8vet model, som fagmilj\u00f8et er bekendt med og har tillid til. Alle \u00e6ndringslogs er i l\u00f8sningen.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"derfor-boer-itpartnere-saelge-loesningen\">Derfor b\u00f8r IT-partnere s\u00e6lge l\u00f8sningen<\/h2>\n<p>For IT Partnere er dette et produkt, der b\u00e5de kan bruges i salg til nye kunder, og som en merv\u00e6rdi til eksisterende kunder for at knytte dem t\u00e6ttere sammen.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hvis man har b\u00f8rsnoterede virksomheder som kunder, kan man tage det for givet, at de har brug for et system, siger Bryne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Ved at implementere l\u00f8sningen hos kunden forbinder du kunden t\u00e6ttere.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Du binder virksomheder til dig selv i en l\u00e6ngere periode. Da der er h\u00f8je skifteomkostninger, er det sj\u00e6ldent, at virksomheder \u00f8nsker at skifte s\u00e5dan et system, n\u00e5r de f\u00f8rst har mange aftaler liggende. Udover lejeaftaler kan systemet ogs\u00e5 bruges til at h\u00e5ndtere andre aftaler, forklarer Bryne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>I forhold til nye kunder, blandt b\u00f8rsnoterede virksomheder, kan l\u00f8sningen v\u00e6re et godt salg: &#8220;Vi s\u00e6tter Microsoft 365 op med den \u00f8nskede brugerstruktur, integreret med et aftalebehandlingsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8j, der sikrer, at leasingaftaler h\u00e5ndteres i overensstemmelse med IFRS 16&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-base-2-background-color has-background\"><strong>L\u00e6s ogs\u00e5<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/da\/ifrs-16-da\/svaert-at-vaelge-ifrs-16-software\/\">Sv\u00e6rt at v\u00e6lge IFRS 16 software?<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alle b\u00f8rsnoterede selskaber er fra 1. januar 2019 forpligtet til at f\u00f8lge IFRS 16, og til dette har de brug for en IFRS 16 l\u00f8sning.
