ShareControl develops solutions for financial control, contract management and compliance that live within your organisation’s own Microsoft 365 platform. Since 2014, we have helped companies ranging from mid-sized businesses to listed corporations gain visibility, traceability and control over financial obligations, agreements and compliance \u2014 without moving sensitive data outside the Microsoft environment they already trust. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Our history<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

ShareControl was established in 2014 with solutions for document and contract management for the business market, built on Microsoft’s cloud platform Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were among the first in Norway to develop standardised business solutions on Microsoft’s cloud platform, and in 2015 we became the first Norwegian IT company to launch a business application in the Microsoft App Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the years that followed, we expanded our portfolio to cover IFRS 16, contract management, the Norwegian Transparency Act, document management and board administration. In spring 2019 we established a presence in Stockholm to be closer to the Swedish market, and today we deliver solutions to customers across multiple countries and industries. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
