Januari 2019 skyldiga att f\u00f6lja <a href=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/sv\/ifrs-16-sv\/vad-ar-ifrs-16\/\">IFRS 16<\/a>, och f\u00f6r detta beh\u00f6ver de en IFRS 16-l\u00f6sning. ShareControl has developed an <a href=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/sv\/produkter\/ifrs-16-system\/\">IFRS 16 system<\/a>, integrated in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft365.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft 365<\/a>, which is available in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alsosoftware.no\/sharecontrol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ALSO Cloud Marketplace<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/appsource.microsoft.com\/en-us\/product\/office\/WA200002053?tab=Overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft App Source<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p><em>IFRS 16<\/em> ersatte den tidigare till\u00e4mpliga IAS 17 och m\u00e5ste anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r r\u00e4kenskaps\u00e5r som b\u00f6rjar den 1 januari 2019. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r ShareControl nu i den lyckliga situationen att kunder kommer till dem.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Det \u00e4r m\u00e5nga som letar efter en IFRS 16-l\u00f6sning, och som kontaktar oss. S\u00e5 vitt jag vet \u00e4r vi de enda som levererar en s\u00e5dan l\u00f6sning i Microsoft 365, s\u00e4ger Bryne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De stora konsultbolagen, som <a href=\"https:\/\/kpmg.com\/no\/nb\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KPMG<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/no\/no.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Deloitte<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.no\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PwC<\/a> och <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ey.com\/no_no\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EY<\/a> fungerar ocks\u00e5 som ambassad\u00f6rer f\u00f6r oss eftersom de vill att deras kunder ska ha en l\u00f6sning de har god erfarenhet av. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r tungt material som kr\u00e4ver expertis och bra uppl\u00e4gg, forts\u00e4tter Bryne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vad-ar-alternativet-till-att-valja-sin-losning\">Vad \u00e4r alternativet till att v\u00e4lja sin l\u00f6sning?<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Det finns n\u00e5gra som anv\u00e4nder <a href=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/sv\/ifrs-16-sv\/sharecontrol-ifrs-16-vs-excel-har-ar-fordelarna\/\">Excel<\/a>, och g\u00f6r egna layouter och ber\u00e4kningar d\u00e4r. Det g\u00e5r bra att b\u00f6rja i Excel och hitta en startbalans. Men n\u00e4r man g\u00e5r in i produktionen och b\u00f6rjar rapportera beh\u00f6ver man en l\u00f6sning som v\u00e4rnar standarden p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt, s\u00e4ger Bryne och till\u00e4gger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flera av de stora konsultf\u00f6retagen s\u00e4ger att om man har mer \u00e4n ett kontrakt s\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver man en l\u00f6sning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Varf\u00f6r?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eftersom det blir sv\u00e5rt att manuellt underh\u00e5lla det du beh\u00f6ver enligt lagkrav; f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar, indexjusteringar och upps\u00e4gningar av hyresavtal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Med <a href=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/sv\/produkter\/sharecontrol-contract-system-for-avtalshantering\/\">ShareControl Contract<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/sharecontrol.io\/sv\/produkter\/ifrs-16-system\/\">IFRS 16<\/a> f\u00e5r f\u00f6retagen en bepr\u00f6vad modell som yrkesk\u00e5ren k\u00e4nner till och litar p\u00e5. Alla \u00e4ndringsloggar finns i l\u00f6sningen.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"darfor-bor-itpartners-salja-losningen\">D\u00e4rf\u00f6r b\u00f6r IT-partners s\u00e4lja l\u00f6sningen<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6r IT Partners \u00e4r detta en produkt som kan anv\u00e4ndas b\u00e5de vid f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning till nya kunder, och som ett merv\u00e4rde till befintliga kunder f\u00f6r att knyta dem n\u00e4rmare.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Har man noterat f\u00f6retag som kunder kan man ta f\u00f6r givet att de beh\u00f6ver ett system, s\u00e4ger Bryne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Genom att implementera l\u00f6sningen hos kunden kopplar du kunden n\u00e4rmare.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Du binder f\u00f6retag till dig sj\u00e4lv under en l\u00e4ngre period. Eftersom det \u00e4r h\u00f6ga byteskostnader \u00e4r det s\u00e4llsynt att f\u00f6retag vill byta ett s\u00e5dant system n\u00e4r de v\u00e4l har m\u00e5nga avtal liggandes.
