We offer service packages that guarantee you quarterly assistance and support from us. You can choose between different service packages at a fixed price with a given number of hours divided between accounting and technical support from us. Unused hours in a quarter are rolled over to the next quarter for use if true within the same agreement period and calendar year of the contract. Settlement of the service package is made at the end of the customer’s license period, as well as at the end of the calendar year. If more hours are used in addition to the service package, an hourly rate per hour is normally billed.
