SharePoint Online
All contracts, leases and supplier data gathered in one place. Create custom libraries per company, department or category – and find what you are looking for in seconds.
Microsoft Teams
Add ShareControl as a tab directly in Teams. Your entire team can work on contracts and leases where they already spend their working day – without switching applications.
Microsoft Excel
Excel is the calculation platform for IFRS 16 – lease data is exported to calculation templates where present value and accounting entries are computed automatically. All three solutions support data import and export via Excel.
Microsoft Word
Edit contract documents in Word with full version control. For Transparency, the statutory transparency report is generated automatically as a Word document ready for signing and publication.
Power BI
Visualise your contract and lease portfolio with ready-made dashboards. Get an overview of cash flow, liability development and key parameters – updated in real time.
MS Power Automate
Set up automatic notifications for renewals, index adjustments and option deadlines. Define primary and secondary responsible parties, and let the system follow up – even during absences or resignations.
Microsoft Forms
ShareControl provides ready-made questionnaire templates in Forms for supplier due diligence. From Transparency you select which organisations should receive the survey, and responses are automatically recorded back in the solution.
MS Customer Voice
An alternative to Forms for more advanced surveys. ShareControl provides templates adapted to transparency legislation, and you select recipients directly from Transparency. Responses flow automatically back to the supplier record.
MS Power Platform
ShareControl Transparency is built on Power Platform – not SharePoint. This provides a rich application experience with dashboards, supplier cards and risk registration, all within your Microsoft environment.
SharePoint Premium / AI
With SharePoint Premium, AI can automatically extract metadata from PDF contract documents – company, counterparty, payment terms and more, based on AI prompts, presenting the data in a list view. Significantly reduces manual registration. Upload is done via an import form.

SAP ERP / S/4HANA
Export of IFRS 16 accounting entries directly to SAP, including recognition of right-of-use assets and lease liabilities with multi-currency support.
Visma
Transfer of IFRS 16 entries to Visma Business and Visma.net. Consolidation features with multi-currency support and automatic journal entry generation.
Oracle HFM (Hyperion)
Consolidation of IFRS 16 data in Hyperion Financial Management. Handles multi-currency consolidations and group reporting across entities and currencies.
IBM Cognos
Integration with Cognos Controller and Planning Analytics for financial consolidation of lease data. Supports multi-currency and automated IFRS 16 reporting at group level.
Agresso / Unit4 ERP
Export of IFRS 16 entries and lease data to Unit4 ERP (Agresso). The consolidation module handles multi-currency and automated journal generation per accounting period.
Cantor
Transfer of IFRS 16 entries to Cantor. Supports multi-currency consolidation and automated reporting of lease liabilities across currencies.
OCRA
Consolidation of IFRS 16 lease data in OCRA. Handles multi-currency and provides automated transfer of entries to group accounts.
Bright Analytics
Export of IFRS 16 data to Bright Analytics for financial consolidation and reporting. Supports multi-currency and provides full visibility of the lease portfolio at group level.
Norges Bank
Automatic retrieval of exchange rates and average rates from Norges Bank. Rates are used directly in ShareControl IFRS 16 for accurate conversion of lease liabilities in foreign currency.
Sveriges Riksbank
Automatic retrieval of exchange rates and average rates from Sveriges Riksbank. Used in ShareControl IFRS 16 for accurate conversion of leases in SEK to the reporting currency.

Brønnøysundregistrene
Look up counterparty company data directly when registering a new contract. Organisation number, name and address are retrieved automatically via API.
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Import contacts and company data from Dynamics 365 directly into ShareControl Contract – avoid duplicate registration of counterparties and customers.
ShareControl Transparency
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Import supplier data directly from Dynamics 365 into Transparency. Contacts, company information and relationships are retrieved automatically – no duplicate registration.
Microsoft Forms
